Owner/practitioner I grew up a practicing Buddhist in Surin, Thailand, where from a very young age I began to practice meditation and learn about spiritual principals. At age nineteen I underwent a major surgery to clear and repair a ureter that became completely blocked by kidney stones. My body has never been the same again after this procedure. My adult life has been plagued by frequent bouts of debilitating infections and compromised kidney function. Through the work I do with my clients, I have also been guided to facilitate my own emotional and physical healing process. Checkout my site

Brookelle O'Riley

Teacher/Facilitator As a trained bodywork practitioner, massage therapist, meditation practitioner, and certified yoga teacher, Brookelle weaves her passion for cultivating harmony of body, mind, and spirit into all of her offerings. She was raised among the glow of fireflies in a small rural town in Arkansas, where barefoot summers, crisp river swims, and reflective walks in the forest nurtured her connection to the body and the natural world. Her path has unfolded alongside the roar of the Ganges in India, the serene Kii Mountains of Japan, and the vibrant life of the jungles of Thailand. She has received teachings and trainings internationally and currently studies diverse wisdom traditions, primarily those of South Asia. With Celtic roots, she also pays homage to her own ancestral lineage. She is grateful for the many teachers who have guided her, and above all, honors the teachings of nature itself—lessons of listening, patience, humility, and the sacred reciprocity required to care for the world and one another. This embodied way of being forms the foundation of her transformational healing work. Brookelle continues walking the path of inner alchemy, transmuting challenge into opportunity for growth and healing. She shares this possibility with others through practices including pranayama, yoga asana, meditation, and more. She is a 300-hour registered yoga teacher, a traditional Kundalini instructor, a Reiki II practitioner, a Vipassana meditator, and holds a bachelor’s degree in somatic psychology from The Evergreen State College.

Facilitator In the mid 90’s I immersed myself in the teachings and practices of a shaman community in Idaho. My entire last year with them was preparing for a 3 day vision quest. The overall experience blessed me with my spirit name and a dynamic practice that began to unfold from the teacher within. This awakening is about coming home and remembering your divine true nature. I am so excited to share this practice of aligning with your infinite temple... It provides a compass and infrastructure where wholeness can thrive, … dissolving fears, self doubts, and distortions. Facilitator Visionary in Precision Medicine, Neurobiology & Integrative Therapeutics Grieg Chapian is a leading voice in the evolution of integrative medicine — a clinician and systems thinker reimagining how we treat the whole human body through the lens of genetics, neurochemistry, and bio-individual design. His work challenges conventional paradigms by combining cutting-edge science with intuitive clinical insight, helping patients move beyond disease management into true physiological transformation. Grieg’s approach is deeply personalized by drawing on genetic blueprints, microbiome history, pharmacodynamic modeling, and psychosocial context to construct health strategies that are precise, preventative, and powerfully effective. As a thought leader, Grieg is widely recognized for his ability to distill complex clinical data into actionable frameworks — whether working with hormone restoration, autoimmune resolution, cardiovascular recovery, cancer support, or behavioral rewiring. His integration of plant-medicine therapeutics opens novel pathways for neuroplasticity, trauma resolution, and deep cognitive shifts — helping patients not only heal but fundamentally change how they think, behave, and engage with the world. Known for his multidimensional curiosity and clinical intuition, Grieg trains other professionals to see beyond lab markers and symptom clusters — and into the deeper terrain of genetic expression, internal signaling, and behavioral patterning. His mission: to raise the ceiling of what’s possible in human health by building systems of care that reflect how the body and brain are truly wired to thrive

What Our Clients Are Saying

Meditation

Virtual Meditation Group Coming Soon, Private group meditation is also available by request.

Meditation

Meditation can wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it inner peace. See how you can easily learn to practice meditation whenever you need it most.

If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace.

Anyone can practice meditation. It's simple and inexpensive, and it doesn't require any special equipment.

And you can practice meditation wherever you are — whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus, waiting at the doctor's office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting

Understanding Meditation

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. These days, meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction.

Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind.

During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Benefits of Meditation

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.

And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions.

Benefits of Meditation and Emotional Well-Being

Meditation supports physical and emotional well-being by reducing stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels while enhancing peace, focus, and mood. It improves sleep, heart health, and memory, builds resilience, and fosters creativity. Open Heart Meditation™ specifically boosts happiness, fulfillment, and spiritual growth, helping cleanse negative emotions and deepen connections to a sense of love and purpose.

Meditation and Illness

Meditation may help manage symptoms of stress-related conditions like anxiety, chronic pain, heart disease, and sleep issues. While promising, research is still developing, and meditation should complement, not replace, medical treatment. Consult your healthcare provider before using meditation for any health condition, as it may not suit everyone.

Elements of Meditation

Meditation typically includes focused attention, relaxed breathing, a quiet setting, comfortable positioning, and an open-minded attitude. Focusing attention—on an object, mantra, or breathing—helps reduce stress by freeing the mind from distractions. Relaxed, deep breathing improves oxygen flow and reduces tension in the upper body. Practicing in a quiet space is helpful for beginners, though experienced meditators may benefit even in high-stress settings. A comfortable position and an open-minded approach, allowing thoughts to pass without judgment, enhance the effectiveness and ease of meditation.

“When you are stuck and need answers to move on, but you do not how or where to go, you need a skilled practitioner to help you. Angelica was exactly that person for me. She helped me reconnect with my own healing power.

I thoroughly enjoyed my QHHT session where I crossed beyond worlds and explored my past lives to better understand my current life. It's not exaggeration to say she's an expert in this field. Angelica will guide you throughout the process with compassion and without judgment.

I am blessed to have met her, and I am grateful for the positive changes I have experienced as a result of QHHT. This has changed the course of my life for the better and probably forever.”

Arie, Monroe, WA

“If you’re lost and looking to connect back to yourself, QHHT is a very effective way to accomplish that. Angelica is a gifted practitioner, and she will assist you with great skill and compassion. I’m glad I found her.”

"Angelica Sanshompoo has added an amazing aspect to my health care.  I met her approximately three years ago when I joined a meditation group that she was leading, quite effectively, I might add.  I soon discovered that she has a very strong motivation to learn and to help others.  She has completed training in several alternative medicine modalities whose presence in her medicine bag allows her to access methods selectively and individualize treatment for each patient.
Since I elected to become her patient, I have personally experienced and benefited from her ability to select a modality to fit my need at the time.  Angelica has developed her own style of assessing a patient’s status at the time of treatment rather than relying on a canned protocol assigned from an intake diagnosis.  She is highly sensitive to energetic patterns which she has an innate ability to perceive.  From her reading of the body combined with patient symptom reports, she is able to select the appropriate treatment.
I am an eighty-three-year-old woman whose many miles have included some that were quite hard on my body.  Angelica’s holistic treatments have been what the doctor didn’t order since she has succeeded where Western medicine failed or, in some cases, caused additional problems.  Some examples in my case are as follow.  Several types of pain have diminished—lower back pain; arthritic joint pain; assorted abdominal pains; pains associated with old surgeries.  Symptoms associated with an auto-immune disease, Myasthenia Gravis, were reduced.  Over-worked and low functioning glands were restored. Energy levels were increased.  Other specific difficulties were dealt with as they arose.  In general, my health has improved significantly since I became Angelica’s patient.
"

RR, Ocean Shores, WA

“I have known Angelica for approximately two years. She is a very dear, loving practitioner. My recent medical story began around 4 months ago when my cardiologist gave me the results after my hour and a half MRI. First of all, he is a very thorough and conscientious doctor. He said that I had a very rare heart condition called cardiac amyloidosis. They do have drugs for it now, but at best you have 5 years before your heart shuts down and 50% do not make it to 5 years. I was 76 and in excellent shape for that age. It was time to do all I can do to find an answer for this emergency. My philosophy is, try any possible modality to impact a condition such as this.

I did two Kambo sessions, which shifted how I was holding this condition in a miraculous way. I went to the University of Washington for a nuclear test and within 30 hours my cardiologist informed me that I do not have cardiac amyloidosis! I did two other alternative medicines, but my work with Angelica felt like the most impactful. I will never know all the aspects of this adventure, but I am grateful for Angelica and my health at 77 now!”
