In the mid 90’s I immersed myself in the teachings and practices of a
shaman community in Idaho. My entire last year with them was
preparing for a 3 day vision quest. The overall experience blessed me
with my spirit name and a dynamic practice that began to unfold from
the teacher within.
This awakening is about coming home and remembering your divine true nature.

I am so excited to share this practice of aligning with your infinite
temple... It provides a compass and infrastructure where wholeness can
