Brookelle O'Riley
Yoga Teacher
As a trained bodywork practitioner, massage therapist, meditation practitioner, and certified yoga teacher, Brookelle weaves her passion for cultivating harmony of body, mind, and spirit into all of her offerings.
She was raised among the glow of fireflies in a small rural town in Arkansas, where barefoot summers, crisp river swims, and reflective walks in the forest nurtured her connection to the body and the natural world.
Her path has unfolded alongside the roar of the Ganges in India, the serene Kii Mountains of Japan, and the vibrant life of the jungles of Thailand.
She has received teachings and trainings internationally and currently studies diverse wisdom traditions, primarily those of South Asia. With Celtic roots, she also pays homage to her own ancestral lineage. She is grateful for the many teachers who have guided her, and above all, honors the teachings of nature itself—lessons of listening, patience, humility, and the sacred reciprocity required to care for the world and one another.
This embodied way of being forms the foundation of her transformational healing work.
Brookelle continues walking the path of inner alchemy, transmuting challenge into opportunity for growth and healing. She shares this possibility with others through practices including pranayama, yoga asana, meditation, and more.
She is a 300-hour registered yoga teacher, a traditional Kundalini instructor, a Reiki II practitioner, a Vipassana meditator, and holds a bachelor’s degree in somatic psychology from The Evergreen State College.
